Ravi is the Global Chief Information Officer of Box. He is responsible for leading the company’s global information technology strategy, compliance practices, and customer advocacy.

Before joining Box, he spent time at Vistra Energy as SVP and CIO where he was responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, compliance, development, and management of the company’s information and operational technology platforms supporting the retail, generation, and corporate business units. During his four year tenure at Vistra, Ravi drove the integration of three separate acquisitions, collectively doubling the company’s size.
