Rob Nolan is the Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer at Expeditors, where he leads the company’s cybersecurity and risk management strategy, development, and operations. He joined Expeditors in 2023 as the organization’s first CISO, bringing more than two decades of experience across cybersecurity domains in finance, energy, professional services, critical infrastructure, and technology. Rob has deep expertise in incident management, cyber strategy, secure software development, and resilience-building at the enterprise level.

Prior to joining Expeditors, he was an Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, advising global institutions and federal agencies on cybersecurity program development and crisis response. He also served as CISO for Noble Energy, where he led cybersecurity efforts across enterprise and operational technology environments, and previously led the global cybersecurity incident response program at Aon.
