​​Mark leads the company’s technology strategy and operations, advancing modernization efforts across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI adoption. He is at the helm of Wolters Kluwer’s digital evolution, integrating AI across the company’s expert solutions and accelerating cloud transformation across its five operating divisions.

Mark brings over three decades of experience managing global IT and software engineering teams. Before joining Wolters Kluwer, he held senior technology positions at Microsoft, Nuance Communications, Symantec, and Cisco, where he led large-scale digital transformations in cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, and AI integration.

Mark holds an MBA from California State Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine.
