Martin Strasburger is the Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer at Duke Energy Corporation, one of the largest combined gas and electric utilities in the United States. He leads the Enterprise Security department, overseeing cybersecurity, physical security, executive protection, emergency preparedness, and aviation services, including corporate, utility, and unmanned aerial systems. Martin manages a team of 300 employees responsible for safeguarding technology networks, operational assets, facilities, and personnel.

Before joining Duke Energy, Martin served as Senior Director of Cybersecurity at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where he established a leading security intelligence and operations center and advanced the company’s cybersecurity maturity. He began his career at Deloitte, advising Fortune 100 companies on security and identity management. Martin holds a CISSP and a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from California State University, Chico.
