Read about Mike’s perspective on how FICO is moving AI from pilots into production, with ROI as the forcing function. He explains why data pipelines and governance matter as much as model choice, how providing a sanctioned internal LLM reduces accidental data leakage, and which early use cases tend to pay off fastest, including enterprise search, security analytics, and event intelligence for IT operations. Mike also argues for right-sized, domain-focused models and explainability when accuracy, bias, and compliance are non-negotiable.
