Sastry Durvasula is the Chief Operating, Information & Digital Officer at TIAA. In his role, Sastry oversees the four connected pillars of the company globally: Technology, Digital & Client Experience, Operations, and Shared Services. He is also a member of the company’s Executive Committee. Sastry is responsible for leading TIAA’s operating strategies and enterprise-wide capabilities to power business growth, scale innovation and client impact, drive operational excellence, and accelerate transformation. His responsibilities also include enterprise AI, data & analytics, Client Tech Labs, and strategic partnerships across retirement, wealth management, and asset management businesses. He serves on the TIAA India board and is a strategic advisor to TIAA Ventures. He was formally TIAA’s Chief Information & Client Services Officer.
